A day in the life of a Cram Service Manager looks like:
Contributing to the development and refinement of daily operating practices
Embedding daily communication routines across sites to ensure strong and seamless team communication and staff engagement for the benefit of Participants.
Developing processes to ensure information to stakeholders (e.g. senior management, guardians, families, advocates and service providers) is disseminated consistently, effectively and in a timely manner to all staff.
As a Cram Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team across several Cram sites, in the delivery of high-quality, Person Centred Care programs for people with disabilities in a safe, personalised environment. You’ll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create an environment where Participants are empowered to live a life of choice, developing their skills, abilities and aspirations through individual lifestyle planning.

Our Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual shiftwork employees work across a span of hours within a 24-hour period, working a roster that includes days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and for some, the occasional sleepover. You will need to be available to work a variety of these shifts.
