Jessi Marshall - People & Culture Business Partner
Jessi joined The Cram Foundation in 2015 as the Payroll/Human Resources Advisor. She has over 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and over 10 years’ experience in Customer Service. Jessi holds a Bachelor in Business Management and is passionate about supporting employees in every aspect of their employment and work-life balance.
Linda Pullen - Manager, Operations
Linda has worked in the disability field for 18 years and was president of Riding For the Disabled Illawarra Centre for 16 years. Whilst at RDA Linda was a senior coach, having the pleasure of teaching many people of all different ages to ride and care for horses and supporting them to reach their goals and aspirations. In 2010 Linda came to Cram as a volunteer and became employed as a Disability Services Worker in 2011. In 2016 Linda became a Team Leader and just recently has been appointed as the Acting Operations and Team Leader Coordinator.
Archer Moyo - Team Leader
Archer joined The Cram Foundation in December 2014 as a Community Support worker. As a former Accountant and Town Planner Archer made the step into Disability after moving to Australia. After just 4 years with Cram, Archer’s strong leadership skills led him to acquire a role as a Team Leader. By far Archer finds this job to be the most meaningful and is excited about the future under the NDIS.
Linda Solitro - Team Leader
Linda joined The Cram Foundation in August 2007 as a casual Community Support Worker after completing her TAFE course in Certificate 3 in Disability part time. With her an extensive amount of knowledge and passion on doing over 10 years’ experience as a Community Support Worker and great approach with staff Linda recently acquired the role in cram’s management team.
Martina Worthington - Support Coordinator & Community Engagement
Martina joined The Cram Foundation in 2015. With 20 years’ experience in the Community/Disability service sectors, she has held direct a range of support care, Team Leader and management positions.
Martina’s role focuses on the NDIS and support coordination and she is passionate about enabling participants to have choice and control over their supports, to enrich their lives and meet their goals.
Alan Bunker - Team Leader
Alan joined The Cram Foundation in April 2019 as Team Leader Nowra. Alan has a background in social services, having worked for Centrelink, managed job networks and labour hire business and delivered Indigenous Services contracts. The last 3 years have seen Alan working in disability services delivering the School Leaver Support Services program, focusing on capacity building for participants in areas such as job readiness, social, independence and life skills. During this time, Alan also completed the Cert. III Individual Support (Disabilities).
Bronwyn Thomas - Team Leader
Bronwyn's experience in caring for the vulnerable came early when she began her career as a Mentor and Senior Youth Worker for the Department of Juvenile Justice. Bronwyn later decided to change career and qualified as a Paramedic, subsequently working both here in Australian and in the UK. In 2013, Bronwyn returned to Australia and worked as an Client Care Facilitator and NDIS Transition Leader before recently joining The Cam Foundation as a Team Leader in May 2019.
Nicole Smith - Team Leader
Nicole commenced at The Cram Foundation in July 2019 as a Team Leader. Prior to this, Nicole worked in a range of leadership roles at Settlement Services International on the Ability Links program assisting people with disability primarily from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities. Nicole is passionate about focusing on building upon the strengths and skills of individuals to support them to achieve their aspirations, as well as working with community to assist people to be more welcoming and inclusive through the application of Community Development principles. In addition, Nicole has a background in Primary Education with experience teaching in supported classroom environments in the local area.
Magi Voorwinden - Group Registered Nurse
Magi is the Registered Nurse for The Cram Foundation. Trained in the UK and having worked and lived in many parts of the world including Texas – USA, Spain, Ireland, Germany, NSW and Perth WA. Magi commenced employment with Cram in 2002 on temporary night shift duties with the intentions of continuing this post for only a few months. Now, 16 years later Magi’s key role is coordinating the health of all clients within The Cram Foundation.
Josephine Suarez - Accountant
Josephine commenced as Accountant for The Cram Foundation in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Commence (Accounting) from UOW and is a member of CPA Australia. Jo has over 30 years’ experience in Management and Financial Accounting working mainly with Not for Profit organisations. Jo also does casual teaching in a Community College in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
